Do you have Public Liability insurance?

Yes. We are fully insured, and happy to show a certificate if requested in advance.

How can I pay?

You can pay us with cash, by card, revolut, bank transfers, and we are also happy to accept cheques.

What should I expect after the first clean?

Your windows and frames should be clean and shining. But you may find if your windows were last cleaned with soapy water, there might be a few spots or watermarks when your windows dry. This is totally normal on a first clean, as the pure water draws out left over soap residue and dirt from the frames.

Do you do builders cleans?

Sorry no. We use soft brushes on our water fed poles for cleaning windows. These brushes aren’t designed for the removal of cement, mortar, paint or silicone.

Do you clean windows in the rain?

Yes we clean windows in moderate rainfall. Rain water in itself does not make your windows dirty, and so will not affect the quality of the clean. However if the weather is stormy with high winds, we usually reschedule.

Do you guarantee satisfaction?

Yes we do. Our reputation is important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your window clean then please let us know within 48 hours.
